It's not everyday that your best friend gets married. Heber's pal, Steve, had his big day last Thursday. Naturally, Heber and I took off from work and spent a day or two participating in wedding festivities.
Steve and Heb have been friends since middle school and had more adventures together than I even know. He has been a good friend and has even been willing to hang out with us as a third wheel, thanks Steve!
It was really special to watch Steve and Heidi be sealed together in the Salt Lake Temple. It reminded me of my own special day. The whole experience made me so appreciate Heber, temples, the covenants that are made there and the blessings that are promised.
There have been so many changes lately that it was nice just to take a day away and to be in the temple together. Congratulations Heidi and Steve!
