What's New

There are a few things I've been working on lately that I wanted to share. It's easy when pregnant to just think and talk about a new baby, but I've also had some other very exciting things happening here. Here are just a few...

I'd like to announce the completion of my professional portfolio. Oh, how I love HTML and CSS. It has been so fun to put this all together. Now, I'm not actively seeking contract work at the moment but having it up and looking beautiful just helps me relax into the idea of being a mother for a little while. Check it out and give me some feedback.

I will be teaching some jewelry classes come January at a local jewelry store. Yay! I'm finally going pro.

I've been working on some beautiful jewelry and flamework beads in preparation for the start of a new blog. Tutorials, tips, techniques. Just thinking about it makes me so excited to start this new path in my life. I already have some local artists lined up for spotlights and a lot of ideas. Yes, I must admit, that I wake up in the night with my mind racing with ideas for the blog (oh, that and the joys of being pregnant). Can't wait to unveil this one....just needs a bit more time.

Here are some pictures of work lately to tide us over.

A new flamework bead design.

And of course, Heb and I have been hanging out quite a bit.

Your portfolio is incredible! If I had accomplishments worth putting on a resume, I would totally hire you to make me a website. Really well done.
