I've resorted to distracting myself as much as possible. I cleaned out the car, cleaned out the basement. I've vacuumed, scrubbed and sanitized every inch of our house and we're still waiting. I went over to Ikea (Really, how did I not go into labor walking around Ikea?) then Home Goods. I visited the bead store.
The funny thing is that I think Heber is even more apprehensive in the waiting. He called me yesterday afternoon from work. I can't concentrate, he said. I just can't think of anything else. That pretty much sums us up right now.
This weekend, we took ourselves out to a delicious Japanese restaurant. I mixed in massive amounts of wasabi and nothing happened. We then proceeded to go to Mount Vernon. Yes, that Mount Vernon. We walked our little legs off. We did enjoy seeing the Potomac River with the fall colors.

So, I guess I'm doomed to think of nothing else. The distractions don't seem to be working. The due date is just days away....

Maybe the baby won't be born until I come back after all!!! Good luck with the waiting!
ahhhh! I'm so excited. Can't wait either!
Dont think it will happen, then it will happen. heheh, yeah right?
Lol!! Ah, the waiting game, so not fun!!! Just remember, that baby is going to come when it's good and ready...not before or after. Just relax, meditate and enjoy your last little while just being a "couple" ;)
Have you mopped the ceiling yet? Try that, it put me into labor with Olivia.
