Pumpkins

Pumpkins one of few Halloween decorations that I actually like.  I just don't really get into skeletons and tombstones and such.   I don't know that you can classify pumpkins as halloween decor, I would group with fall...but I digress.  Who doesn't love a bright orange pumpkin?  And roasted pumpkin seeds aren't too bad either.

 We went out to a pumpkin patch with our friends, the Blake's (who so often show up here on the blog).

We purchased three large pumpkins mostly because we did not purchase any last year (I blame that on being incredibly uncomfortably pregnant).  I am so looking forward to the baked seeds...oh, did I mention that already? 

Utah State Homecoming

As Utah State graduates and true aggies, there is a soft spot in Heb and I's heart for USU. I loved my experience as a student and meeting Heber wasn't too bad either. Last Saturday was homecoming and my parents and Carly's family joined us for the festivities.

We went to the parade in the morning and the game. Too bad the football team had to lose in the last 2 seconds of the game to a 58 yard field goal. We still had a great time munching on treats and enjoying the sunshine.

Ever since I was young, my family has been going to Homecoming. Mom went to USU and just loves Logan. She is the biggest USU fan I know. She has even converted dad over from BYU.
